- A trip booking is considered confirmed only after we receive the applicable booking amount for that trip.
- The remaining balance must be paid before or at the time of departure, as communicated to you at the time of booking.
- Cancellations, refunds, and rescheduling are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
🧳Traveler Responsibilities
To help every trip run safely and smoothly, travelers are expected to:
- Carry a valid government-issued ID proof for the entire duration of the trip, as required for hotel check-ins, transport, and permits.
- Honestly disclose any fitness or health conditions that may affect their ability to undertake a trek or activity, especially for high-altitude or physically demanding trips.
- Follow the safety instructions given by the trip captain, guide, or driver at all times during the trip.
- Behave respectfully towards fellow travelers, local communities, and the environment throughout the trip.
📝 Note: For treks and high-altitude trips, please share any relevant medical conditions with our team before booking, so we can guide you on suitability.
🗺️TripoMusafir's Role
TripoMusafir curates and coordinates each trip, which typically includes transport, stays, meals, and permits as specifically listed for that trip. We work with verified local partners — drivers, homestays, hotels, and trek operators — to deliver the experience described in the trip itinerary.
- Inclusions and exclusions vary by trip and are listed on the specific trip page or itinerary shared with you.
- Any services not mentioned in the itinerary (such as personal expenses, additional activities, or travel insurance) are the traveler's own responsibility unless stated otherwise.
⛅Circumstances Beyond Our Control
Please note:
TripoMusafir is not liable for delays, changes, or disruptions to a trip caused by weather conditions, roadblocks or landslides, government orders, natural disasters, or other circumstances genuinely beyond our control. In such situations, we will make reasonable efforts to adjust the itinerary, arrange alternatives, or keep you informed, so the trip can continue as safely as possible.
This does not affect your rights under our Refund & Cancellation Policy for trips cancelled by TripoMusafir.
